Terms of Service
Welcome to HiLo. Please read these Terms carefully before registering, signing in or using the service. By using it, you confirm that you understand and agree to these Terms and to the rules shown in the product.
1. The service
Built on public market data, the service provides candlestick charts, technical-indicator views, high and low signal monitoring, opportunity cards, watchlists, alerts, membership entitlements and redemption codes. The exact scope, the way data is presented, refresh frequency and availability are as the product actually provides them.
We work to keep the service stable, but market data, third-party interfaces, network conditions, maintenance and events beyond our control may cause delay, interruption, error or temporary unavailability.
2. Your account
- You may register or sign in with a phone number or email address plus a verification code, and must ensure the information you submit is true, accurate and valid.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your account, verification codes and signed-in devices. You may not transfer, rent, lend or otherwise make your account available to anyone else.
- If you notice unusual sign-ins, account compromise or any other security risk, contact us promptly through the in-app entry or a channel we publish.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful activity, and you may not attack, disrupt, circumvent or damage its normal operation. You may not access, copy, scrape, distribute, resell or commercially exploit its content, data interfaces or membership entitlements without authorisation.
If your breach causes damage to the service, third-party claims or other loss, you are responsible for it under applicable law. Depending on the severity, we may restrict features, suspend the account or terminate the service.
4. Membership and redemption codes
Membership entitlements, available timeframes, opportunity grades, watchlist size, alert capability and validity are as shown in the membership centre, the account page or the relevant feature page. Redemption codes are issued by us or by authorised channels, may only be used by accounts that meet the rules, and may not be resold, cashed out, used for bulk registration or redeemed by circumventing the rules through technical means.
A first registration may grant trial membership; membership obtained through a redemption code, an administrative grant or any other non-trial route is full membership. If what a page shows does not match your actual entitlements, contact us so we can check.
5. Research content and investment risk
Everything shown in this service is for market research, indicator observation and data-analysis reference only. It is not investment advice, trading advice or financial advice, it promises no return, and it is not a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Digital assets and related markets are highly volatile. You should make decisions based on your own judgement, your own risk tolerance and your own research, and you bear the resulting risk and consequences yourself.
6. Intellectual property
The page design, feature logic, chart styling, written explanations, data-organisation methods, signal presentation rules and other content in this service belong to us or to the rightful owners, except for content that belongs to third parties or is supplied by users. You may not copy, adapt, distribute or commercially use them without authorisation.
7. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as our business, features, applicable law or regulatory requirements change. The updated Terms will be shown through a page notice, an in-app prompt or another reasonable means, and take effect from the time stated when they are published. If you do not agree with an update, you may stop using the service.

We will respond as soon as we have verified your identity and the issue.
This is the English version of the HiLo terms. It is provided for convenience only. If there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions, the Chinese version prevails.
